- Unopened and Unused Products: To be eligible for a return, your bath bomb must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your bath bomb.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or Used Bath Bombs: Due to the personal nature of bath bombs, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Custom or personalized bath bombs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
- Processing Refunds: Once we receive your returned bath bomb and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
6. Final Sale Items
- Non-Returnable: Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
